"FORNO TRANSPORTADOR". A presente invenção refere-se a um forno transportador de cozimento acelerado ou de cozimento de velocidade com pelo menos uma zona de cozimento discreta. O forno inclui um primeiro e um segundo membro de direcionamento de gás configurados para fazerem com que o primeiro membro direcionamento de gás sobre a superfície superior ou inferior do produto alimentício sendo transportado.
