Abstract
SISTEMA DE TESTE IN VITRO PARA PREVER TOLERÂNCIA DO PACIENTE AOS AGENTES TERAPÊUTICOS Métodos de prever tolerância do paciente a agentes terapêuticos, tais como, citosinas, lincofinas e imunotoxinas, são revelados. Os métodos utilizam um modelo in vitro da síndrome de extravasamento vascular (VLS) para avaliar o efeito do agente em questão na permeabilidade das grande proteínas através das monocamadas confluentes das células endoteliais (EC).
