Abstract

EXTRUSORA ESFÉRICA, compreende ser um mecanismo compacto e reduzido para extrair óleo de plantas oleaginosas com diferentes características de formato, densidade ou dureza ao rompimento de sua casca ou estrutura física natural, dispensando aquecimento em caldeiras ou qualquer outro tipo de tratamento prévio, sendo o seu conjunto formado por placas (11), dotado de tubulação interna (12) e regulador de temperatura (5), sendo a extrusão efetuada por uma esfera (16) dotada de faca (17) helicoidal, conjunto este que trabalha girando juntamente com um mancal vazado (10), vazado para expulsar fora os resíduos.
