Formado por uma peça (1) semi-macia, introduzida e travada, por seu furo central, à altura desejada no corpo do lápis, caneta ou similar (L) e, por suas cavas (3) e (5) e um canal, formando suaves depressões especialmente projetadas, moldando-se de forma anatômica aos dedos do usuário, guiando-os e mantendo-os em posição predeterminada, ideal para a escrita, de tal forma que corrija o empunhar, evitando, dessa forma, futuros vícios que possam comprometer a caligrafia.
