CONJUNTO DE LÂMINAS E LÂMINA DE CORTE PARA DESOSSAR ALIMENTOS. A presente invenção refere-se a um conjunto de lâminas (9), bem como, uma lâmina de corte para desossar alimentos. O conjunto de lâminas (9) é formado por lâminas de corte sobrepostas, que configuram uma saída (6), formada por ranhuras (15) e ressaltos (16). A lâmina de corte possui rasgos (12), separando ranhuras (15) entre si, intercaladas por ressaltos (16), as ranhuras (15) sendo cônicas no sentido axial externo da referida lâmina.
