"MÉTODO ANALÍTICO PARA DETERMINAÇÃO DA PRESENÇA DE ÁCIDO FÓLICO". A presente invenção diz respeito a um método analítico para DETERMINAÇÃO DA PRESENÇA de ácido fólico em farinhas de milho e trigo enriquecidas com ferro, utilizando a técnica de cromatografia a líquido de alta eficiência (CLAE) em concentração baixas, possibilitando a execução de testes de estabilidade nestes produtos.
