Uma composição farmacêutica de liberação controlada compreendendo lercanidipina dissolvida ou dispersada em um veículo sólido na temperatura ambiente, formando assim uma dispersão sólida, alcança a liberação retardada de lercanidipina durante um período de tempo prolongado, efeito de alimentação reduzida e biodisponibilidade aumentada comparada com os produtos contendo lercanidipina comercialmente disponíveis.
