Abstract
"MATERIAL PARTICULADO, FORMA DE DOSAGEM SÓLIDA, MÉTODO PARA FABRICAR A MESMA, E, USO DE UM MATERIAL PARTICULADO OU DE UMA FORMA DE DOSAGEM SÓLIDA". A presente invenção diz respeito a composições farmacêuticas na forma particulada ou em formas de dosagem sólida compreendendo uma combinação de um fibrato, notavelmente fenofibrato e uma estatina (também conhecida como um inibidor da HMG CoA redutase), composições estas que são fabricadas sem nenhuma necessidade de adição de água ou um meio aquoso e em que pelo menos 80 % das substâncias ativas (isto é, o fibrato e a estatina) estão presentes na composição na forma dissolvida de modo a garantir biodisponibilidade adequada de ambos ingredientes ativos na administração oral.
