Abstract
"EXPRESSÃO DE ENZIMAS HIDROLISANTES DE AMIDO GRANULAR EM TRICHODERMA E PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR GLICOSE A PARTIR DE SUBSTRATOS DE AMIDO GRANULAR". A presente invenção refere-se a células hospedeiras fúngicas filamentosas e particularmente células hospedeiras de Trichoderma úteis para a produção de enzimas hidrolisantes de amido granular heterólogas que tem atividade de glicoamilase (GSHE). Adicionalmente a invenção refere-se a um método para produzir um xarope de glicose compreendendo contatar uma pasta fluida de amido granular obtida a partir de um substrato de amido granular simultaneamente com uma alfa amilase e uma GSHE em uma temperatura igual a ou abaixo da temperatura de gelatinização do amido granular para obter uma composição de um xarope de glicose.
