Abstract
"MÉTODOS E DISPOSITIVOS PARA SUBSTITUIR NÚCLEO POLPOSO DE DISCO ESPINHAL". A presente invenção refere-se a métodos de aumento ou substituição de núcleo polposo minimamente invasivos e dispositivos correspondentes que compreendem uma submucosa de intestino delgado (SIS). O método refere-se à inserção dos materiais de aumento ou substituição de núcleo polposo compreendendo a submucosa de intestino delgado para ajudar a manter a altura do disco e a promover a regeneração da estrutura nativa do núcleo polposo. Os dispositivos são formados em uma forma alongada semelhante a tiras, cordas, fitas, tubos, rolos ou péletes. Eles podem compreender fatores bioativos ou células de semeadura.
