Abstract
"SISTEMA E APLICAÇÕES DE PLATAFORMAS MAIS LEVES DO QUE O AR (LTA)". Os métodos novos inovativos em relação às plataformas flutuando livres do claro do que ar (LTA), de facilitar a operação legal do transmissor, terminação do vôo da plataforma quando apropriados, ambiental aterragem aceitável, e recuperação destes dispositivos são fornecidos. Os sistemas e os métodos novos relacionam-se ao controle da taxa da ascensão, à geo-posição de uma plataforma de LTA including o payload aterrado e posições ground-based do veículo, e aos sistemas guiável da recuperação.
