Abstract
"MÉTODOS PARA PREPARAR UM ARTIGO ABRASIVO REVESTIDO E PARA ABRADAR UMA SUPERFÍCIE DE UMA PEÇA DE TRABALHO". Um artigo abrasivo inclui um arranjo de unidades abrasivas protuberantes. Cada unidade possui uma base e um ápice distal que é descentrado da base quando projetado sobre um plano que é coplanar com a base. O artigo abrasivo inclui um forro ligado em um revestimento abrasivo formado para incluir as unidades abrasivas acima mencionadas. Métodos para preparar o artigo abrasivo incluem comprimir entre cilindros uma ferramenta de produção, uma lama abrasiva, e o forro. Um agente aglutinante dentro da lama é curado durante a fabricação. O artigo abrasivo pode ser usado para abradar uma peça de trabalho.
