"COMPOSIÇÕES DE MODAFINIL". Co-cristais e solvatos de modafinil racêmico, enantiomericamente puro e enantiomericamente misto são formados e várias propriedades físicas importantes são moduladas. A solubilidade, a dissolução, a biodisponibilidade, a resposta da dose e a estabilidade de modafinil podem ser moduladas para aprimorar a eficácia em composições farmacêuticas.
