Abstract
"FORMULAÇÃO FARMACÊUTICA COMPREENDENDO LEVOTIROXINA SÓDICA". É provida uma formulação farmacêutica estável compreendendo (a) uma quantidade eficaz de levotiroxina sódica, (b) celulose microcristalina que possui um tamanho médio de partícula de menos de 125 m e está presente em uma quantidade de 60 a 85% p/p com base no peso total da formulação, e (c) amido pré-gelatinizado presente em uma quantidade de 5 a 30% p/p com base no peso total da formulação. É também provido um processo para a preparação de uma tal formulação.
