Abstract
"APTÂMEROS INIBIDORES DE CATEPSINA G, USO DE APTÂMEROS INIBIDORES DE CATEPSINA G, E, COMPOSIÇÃO FARMACÊUTICA". A presente pesquisa refere-se à identificação de inibidores não-peptídicos de catepsina G caracterizados por altos níveis de seletividade e que podem ser usados eficazmente no tratamento e na profilaxia de ocorrências inflamatórias e condições pró-coagulantes. Os aptâmeros inibidores de catepsina G de acordo com a invenção consistem de DNA linear ou de seqüências de polinucleotídeos apresentando um comprimento de cadeia de pelo menos 60 nucleotídeos e que substancialmente não são sujeitos a pareamento eficiente de bases.
