Abstract
"DIAMANTES RESISTENTES E MÉTODOS DE FABRICÁ-LOS". A presente invenção refere-se a um diamante de cristal único desenvolvido pela deposição de vapor químico de plasma de microonda que tem uma dureza de 50 a 90 GPa e uma resistência à fratura de 11 a 20 MPa M^ 1/2^. Um método para desenvolver um diamante de cristal único inclui colocar um diamante semente em um portador; e desenvolver diamante de cristal único em uma temperatura de cerca de 1000 C a cerca de 1100 C, tal que o diamante cristal único tenha uma resistência à fratura de 11 a 20 MPa m^ 1/2^.
