Abstract
"PELE ALIMENTÍCIA PERMEÁVEL À FUMAÇA E AO VAPOR FEITA DE UMA MISTURA TERMOPLÁSTICA COM UM ASPECTO NATURAL". A invenção refere-se a uma tripa alimentícia com uma única ou múltiplas camadas, feita a partir de uma mistura termoplástica que compreende pelo menos uma poliamida e/ou copoliamida alifática, pelo menos um ou mais polímeros solúveis em água sintéticos e pelo menos uma carga orgânica e/ou inorgânica. A pele tem uma permeabilidade ao vapor d'água, como determinada de acordo com DIN 53122, no estado não orientado, orientado monoaxialmente ou biaxialmente, de 50 a 1500 g/m^ 2.^d. A tripa alimentícia é particularmente adequada para uso como uma tripa para salsicha artificial, particularmente para salsichas cruas.
