Abstract
"CRISTAIS DE SOLVATO DERIVADO DO ÁCIDO QUINOLINACARBOXÍLICO". Um principal objetivo é fornecer um cristal de solvato em acetonitrila do ácido 6-flúor-1-metil-7-[4-(5-metil-2-oxo-1,3-dioxolen-4-il)-metil-1piperazinil]-4-oxo-4H-[1,3] tiazeto [3,2-a] quinolina-3-carboxílico (Composto B), que é um intermediário para produzir preferencialmente o cristal do tipo III do ácido 6-flúor-1-metil-7-[4-(5-metil-2-oxo-1,3-dioxolen-4-il)-metil-1-piperazinil]-4-oxo-4H-[1,3] tiazeto [3,2-a] quinolina-3-carboxílico (Composto A). Um cristal de Composto B pode ser precipitado preferencialmente por controle da concentração de supersaturação em cristalização usando-se acetonitrila como um solvente. Subseqüentemente, o cristal do tipo III de Composto A pode ser produzido por realização de dissolvatação do cristal.
