Abstract
"CABEÇA DE CORTADOR PARA UM CORTADOR DE CARNE". A presente invenção se refere a um disco de cabeça de cortador para um cortador de carne, no qual pode ser disposta pelo menos uma faca por meio de cavilhas excêntricas e eventualmente imãs, apresentando o disco um núcleo metálico para acolher o eixo de acionamento. O núcleo tem, de preferência, um revestimento de material sintético. A invenção se refere também a uma faca que tem um formato geométrico que apresenta uma grande resistência à carga axial. Além disso, a presente invenção se refere a um sistema que consiste em um disco de cabeça de cortador e duas facas assim como a uma cabeça de cortador que consiste em uma multiplicidade de sistemas e também a um processo para a montagem de uma cabeça de cortador.
