A estrutura de carga (12) inclui rodízios (14) para dar suporte de modo giratório à estrutura de carga em uma superfície de suporte. O conjunto de acionamento (16) inclui uma estrutura de acionamento (18), uma roda motriz (20) e um rodízio rígido (22) montados em conjunto. O conjunto de pivô de ligação (36) une a estrutura de carga (12) à estrutura de acionamento (18) e permite que a mesma se mova no sentido vertical e angular com relação à estrutura de carga (12).
