Abstract

"PROCESSO E INSTALAÇÃO PARA FUNDIÇÃO CONTÍNUA". Instalação para fundição contínua inclui um forno (2) para aquecimento de metal até uma primeira temperatura de metal líquido, uma unidade de degasificação (4), um filtro (6), uma unidade de aquecimento (8) e uma máquina de fundição (10). A máquina de fundição (10) inclui um par de roletes de fundição e um bocal disposto para distribuir metal líquido em um passe entre os roletes de fundição, de modo que o metal se solidifica à medida que ele passa através do passe. A unidade de aquecimento (8) está localizada entre o forno a máquina de fundição e é controlada termostaticamente para aquecer o metal líquido até uma segunda temperatura de metal líquido.
