Abstract
"BROCA DE CORTE ROTATIVA COM BORDA DE DESVIO DE MATERIAL". A presente invenção se refere a uma broca de corte que inclui uma superfície frontal e uma superfície lateral, a superfície lateral incluindo um rebaixo abaixo da superfície frontal e se estendendo de modo substancialmente perpendicular a um eixo central do corpo, e um anel que é mais duro que o corpo e que é fixado ao corpo em uma superfície frontal do rebaixo. O tempo de desgaste da broca de corte é aumentado ao se manter particulares relações dimensionais com relação à posição do anel sobre o corpo e com relação ao diâmetro das porções do corpo.
