A bolsa plástica, tem a função de isolar e impermeabilizar a sepultura. mantendo em seu interior todos os elementos e substâncias nocivos ao meio ambiente e ao mesmo tempo impedindo que a água invada seu interior, sendo fixada junto as laterais do tumulo e sustentada por grampos de fixação, contendo em seu interior os cilindros de apoio, que tem a função de impedir que o necro-churume proveniente da decomposição dos corpos entre em conatao com o cadaver.
