Abstract
"DISPOSITIVO DE BLOQUEIO EM ROTAÇÃO COM LIMITAÇÃO DE BINÁRIO DE UMA COLUNA DE DIREÇÃO DE VEÍCULO AUTOMÓVEL". Dispositivo de bloqueio em rotação com limitação de binário de uma coluna de direção de veículo automóvel, comportando uma árvore de direção (1) sobre a qual é disposta uma luva (2), que coopera com a linqüeta (4) de uma fechadura de bloqueio (5) . A luva (2) é constituída de uma tubulação (20) e de dentes axiais (15). A tubulação (20) é de espessura sensivelmente constante, e tem uma seção transversal que comporta ondulações, de maneira a ter formas alveoladas internas axiais, e formas alveoladas externas axiais (9) . os dentes axiais (15) são dispostos de modo a ter entalhe axial (17) destinado a receber a lingüeta (4) de bloqueio da coluna. o encaixe da luva (2) é realizado com um aperto pré-determinado superior ao binário máximo aplicado em condução normal.
