Abstract
"CONJUNTO DE VÁLVULA DE SEGURANÇA (BOP) COM INSERTOS METÁLICOS". A invenção refere-se a um conjunto de válvula de segurança 10 que inclui êmbolos opostos 12, 14, cada um incluindo um conjunto de vedação de borracha ou elastômero 16, 18, com uma pluralidade de insertos 20 que formam uma disposição 22 de insertos metálicos dentro de cada conjunto de vedação. Cada inserto tem um corpo superior 24, um corpo inferior 26, e uma nervura 50. Cada corpo superior e inferior inclui uma face traseira 36, uma face oposta radialmente para fora 38 e uma face dianteira 40. Um ressalto antiextrusão 46 minimiza o espaço de extrusão entre o diâmetro externo de um tubular no BOP e a face dianteira dos insertos metálicos na disposição.
