Composições aglutinantes de uréia fomaldeído curáveis são fornecidas as quais são úteis em aplicações de engenharia em abrasivos e madeira revestidas, em uma maneira liberada do tempo. As composições de aglutinante curáveis liberadas pelo tempo incluem uma resina de uréia formaldeído e um fosfito de arila em concentrações variáveis. As composições aglutinantes curáveis da presente invenção fornecem tempos de produção desejáveis e tempos de cura mais rápidos sob condições ambientais e próximas a ambiental.
