Onde a presente invenção refere-se a uma escova de lavar para sistemas automáticos para lavar veículos a motor compreendendo um corpo cilíndrico sobre cuja superfície lateral externa são providas pluralidades de tiras definindo os elementos de limpeza da escova; o principal aspecto da invenção é o de que os elementos da banda ou tira estendem-se sobre a superfície lateral do corpo cilíndrico ao longo da direção que é inclinada com relação à direção axial.
