A presente invenção refere-se a derivados de [6,7-diídro-5Himidazol[1,2-alfa] imidazol-3-sulfonilamino]-propionamida que exibem um bom efeito de inibição sobre a interação das CAMs e das Leucointegrinas e são por esse motivo úteis para o tratamento de doença inflamatória.
