Abstract
SÍNTESE DE AMIDAS DO ÁCIDO 6,7 - DIIDRO - 5H - IMIDAZO [1,2-a] IMIDAZOL -3- SULFÔNICO. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo de múltiplas etapas para preparação de um composto da fórmula I, no qual de R^ 1^ a R^ 3^ são tal como definidos aqui. Os compostos da fórmula I inibem a ligação de moléculas de adesão intercelular humanas com as leucointegrinas. Por conseguinte, esses compostos são úteis no tratamento de doenças inflamatórias e imunológicas mediadas por células.
