Abstract
"PROCESSO E APARELHO PARA ENCHIMENTO DE TRIPAS NATURAIS COM UMA EMULSÃO ALIMENTÍCIA". Um impulsor de êmbolo (28) controlado sobre um tubo de enchimento (14) se encosta em, e faz com que, uma tripa natural (30) sobre ele seja movida longitudinalmente na direção da extremidade de descarga (15) de um tubo de enchimento (14), a ser cheio com emulsão, torcido e formado em gomos. O impulsor de êmbolo (28) é controlado por um sensor (32), em conjunto com um controlador e, em certas ocasiões, influenciado por um sensor (32), para ter um movimento controlado da tripa (30) ao longo do tubo de enchimento (14).
