Abstract
"FABRICAÇÃO DE ESTRUTURAS DOBRADAS E FOLHA PARA ELAS". Um processo para o projeto e a fabricação de estruturas resistentes à fadiga, de alta resistência e dobradas com precisão e uma folha para elas. As técnicas incluem métodos para dobramento com precisão de uma folha de material (41, 241, 341, 441, 541) ao longo de uma linha de dobra (45, 245, 345, 445, 543) , e uma folha de material formada com estruturas de definição de tira de dobramento, tais como fendas ou ranhuras (43, 243, 343, 443, 542) é mostrada. Os métodos incluem as etapas de projeto e, então, separadamente formação de fendas ou ranhuras que se estendem longitudinalmente (43, 243, 343, 443, 542) através da folha de material em uma relação axialmente espaçada para a produção de um dobramento preciso da folha (41, 241, 341, 441, 541), quando dobrada ao longo da linha de dobra (45, 245, 345, 445, 543).
