Abstract
"TRATAMENTO DE INFECÇÕES FÚNGICAS". A presente invenção refere-se ao uso de posaconazol para a preparação de um medicamento, para o tratamento ou prevençao de infecções fúngicas em seres humanos de idade igual ou superior a 12 anos, carente de tal tratamento ou prevenção, o medicamento compreendendo uma quantidade eficaz de posaconazol em doses divididas, de duas a quatro vezes por dia, para produzir uma concentração máxima em plasma de estado constante de média aritmética de posaconazol de pelo menos cerca de 300 ng/mL a pelo menos cerca de 550 ng/mL, é descrito.
