Abstract

"APARELHO DE SELAGEM DE BOLHAS PARA FÁCIL ABERTURA DE UMA EMBALAGEM DE ARMAZENAMENTO, E, EMBALAGEM DE ARMAZENAMENTO". Uma embalagem de armazenamento facilmente aberta (10) tem material de encerramento (10M) formando a câmara de armazenamento (10C) no interior da embalagem contendo o artigo armazenado (10A). A região de acesso à câmara (12A) próxima à borda (12E) da embalagem, proporciona o ingresso ao interior da câmara e acesso ao artigo armazenado. A banda selada (14) formada pela lamina superior (14U) e lâmina inferior (14L) se estende ao longo da região de acesso, encerrando a bolha rúptil (16). A banda selada tem parte de selagem interna (14I) entre a bolha e a câmara e a parte de selagem externa (140) entre a bolha e a borda (12E) da embalagem. A bolha é expansível para abrir a embalagem por pressão externa aplicada por um consumidor. O par oposto de abas de separação, aba superior (16U) e aba inferior (16L) são formadas pelas lâminas opostas da selagem externa ao longo da brecha da borda quando a bolha se rompe. Estas pequenas abas iniciais são agarradas pelo consumidor e manualmente puxadas e separadas para iniciar a abertura da banda selada.
