Abstract
"PARTÍCULA OPTICAMENTE ATIVADA, COMPOSIÇÃO TOPICAMENTE APLICADA, E, MÉTODO DE REDUZIR UMA PERCEPÇÃO VISUAL DE IMPERFEIÇÕES DA PELE". São descritas partículas opticamente ativadas, para uso em composições cosméticas e farmacêuticas. As partículas opticamente ativadas incluem um substrato sólido, tendo um composto fluorescente fixado nele e revestido ou encapsulado com um revestimento transparente ou translúcido de álcool polivinílico reticulado. As partículas opticamente ativadas absorvem luz em um comprimento de onda UV e emitem luz visível em maiores comprimentos de onda e são capazes de tanto absorver como espalhar luz em uma maneira difusa, a fim de reduzir a percepção visual das imperfeições da pele, incluindo celulite, rugas, sombras, descolorações de pele, erupções, cicatrizes suaves.
