A presente invenção ainda é dirigida a panos contendo fibra e mantas compreendendo composições de aglutinante dispersíveis em água disparáveis por íon e sua aplicabilidade em produtos de cuidados pessoais dispersíveis em água, tais como lenços úmidos.
