A presente invenção refere-se a um revestimento para piso reconfigurável e método para montagem, que inclui unidades modulares, que podem ser facilmente montadas em uma variedade de desenhos e que podem ser facilmente desmontadas. Este desenho modular provê flexibilidade em uso e manutenção, bem como na remoção e reutilização. As unidades modulares podem ser montadas, de forma que unidades adjacentes fiquem ligadas.
