Abstract

"COMBINAÇÃO DE UM REATOR VERTICAL PARA REALIZAR REAÇÕES CATALÍTICAS, COMBINAÇÃO PARA REALIZAR REAÇÕES CATALÍTICAS EM FLUXO DESCENDENTE CONCORRENTE, E, DISPERSADOR". É apresentado um sistema de mistura estática interna tal como um dispersador de fio de malha ou metal expandido co-tricotado com um material de múltiplos filamentos selecionados de polímeros inertes, polímeros catalíticos, metais catalíticos ou misturas em combinação com um reator vertical tendo uma zona de reação e o dispersador disposto em dita zona de reação, particularmente para realizar a alquilação de parafina usando catalisador ácido. O fio de malha fornece a integridade estrutural do sistema assim como o espaço aberto requerido nos reatores para o movimento de vapores e líquidos através do sistema. O dispersador pode ser em lâminas, feixes ou fardos ou posicionado dentro de uma armação.
