Abstract
"VOLANTE RESISTENTE A VIBRAÇÃO E MÉTODOS". A presente invenção refere-se a um volante (10) para um veículo motor que inclui um membro de núcleo com um aro circular (12). Pelo menos um elemento amortecedor (14) é conectado ao aro (12), preferivelmente em um canal (11), o elemento de amortecimento (14) tendo uma densidade maior do que a densidade do material de núcleo e preferivelmente posicionado substancialmente radialmente simetricamente em torno do aro (12). Um método para fabricar o volante (10) também é provido, o método incluindo as etapas de prover um membro de núcleo de volante (12) tendo uma seção de aro circular (12) com um canal (11), posicionando pelo menos um elemento de amortecimento (14) no canal (11) e distribuindo um material curável, que flui, em torno da seção de aro (12) para aí prender o elemento de amortecimento.
