A presente invenção refere-se a composições farmacêuticas para a administração tópica, compreendendo como ingredientes ativos pró-antocianidinas sozinhas ou combinadas com ácido glicirretínico, telmesteína, alfa-bisabolol ou outros componentes tendo atividade complementar, em mistura com um veículo apropriado, útil para o tratamento de patologias tais como dermatite atópica, dermatite de contato alérgica, dermatite seborréica, dermatite de radiação, psoríase, xerose e atopia assim como para o tratamento de condições inflamatórias de mucosas.
