Abstract
"MÉTODO E DISPOSITIVO PARA CORTAR OBJETOS EM PORÇÕES FIXAS". A invenção refere-se a um método e dispositivo para cortar objetos, tais como peito de frango em uma porção com peso fixo e formato fixo. Isto é feito colocando-se um objeto em um molde definindo um formato predeterminado, aplicando-se sub-pressão no molde para posicionar o objeto em uma posição fixa, e cortando-se a parte do objeto que se estende para fora do molde de tal forma que a parte remanescente do objeto é essencialmente a parte que preenche o molde.
