Abstract
"MEDICAMENTO DE LIBERAÇÃO CONTÍNUA, MATERIAIS DE VEÍCULO PARA MEDICAMENTOS DE LIBERAÇÃO CONTÍNUA E PROCESSOS PARA PRODUÇÃO DOS MESMOS". A presente invenção refere-se a um medicamento de liberação contínua, com uma substância ativa farmacológica e um veículo, particularmente, um medicamento de liberação contínua para administração parenteral, bem como materiais de veículo para medicamentos de liberação contínua e um processo para produção desses materiais de veículo, sendo que é obtida uma liberação de substância ativa definida sobre o tempo e sendo que a substância ativa é conservada em sua forma farmacologicamente eficaz, o veículo é produzido usando um material de veículo que consiste em um polímero de veículo formado por um polipeptídeo e um poliéster biodegradável, que está ligado de modo covalente ao mesmo.
