Um sistema de vedação e enchimento de um só componente (1) para uma tampa rosqueada inclui uma vedação (3) possuindo camadas inferiores(4, 5) formando um sistema que pode ser vedado por aquecimento por indução para fixar a vedação (3) ao gargalo de um recipiente, um substrato de vedação (6) incluindo uma lingüeta livre (50) que se encontra totalmente dentro da circunferência da vedação, uma camada de enchimento (2), e meios de fixação (10, 11, 12), incluindo uma camada de liberação (11) para fixar o substrato de vedação (7) incluindo a lingüeta (50) ao enchimento (2).
