Compreendido por conter uma cremalheira que acionada por um motorredutor se movimenta em semicírculo, (180 ) transimitindo por meio de braço fixo e de ligação, um movimento de rotação de 90 a um eixo principal, ao qual se fixa um suporte para a barreira que efetua os movimentos de erguer e abaixar a cancela, abrindo e fechando a passagem aos veículos; Podendo efetuar os tais movimentos ininterruptamente a cada 15 segundos, efetuando o movimento em 2 segundos, tanto de erguer, quanto de abaixar a cancela.
