Abstract

"BOINA PARA POLIMENTO COM CUBOS DE ESPUMA DE POLIPROPILENO". O sistema desenvolvido traz em sua forma construtiva, a utilização de um disco de borracha flexível (1) o qual possui um tecido (2) que tem por finalidade garantir a fixação do disco de polimento à ferramenta rotativa através de um barbante (3) e também a fixação da espuma de polipropileno cortada em forma de cubos (4) que são transpassados e coladas neste tecido (2) e que aumentam a vida útil do produto em mais de cem vezes conseqüentemente baratiando consideravelmente o custo de sua utilização e também evitam inconvenientes como a retirada de trincos ou fechaduras de portas de carros para a realização do processo de polimento, por seu material ser muito resistente.
