"EMBALAGEM DE PORÇÕES E DISPOSITIVO PARA PRODUZIR UMA BEBIDA AROMÁTICA". A presente invenção refere-se a uma embalagem de porção (2) para produzir uma bebida aromática, especialmente café, com uma seção inferior (10) semelhante a uma panela com um fundo (11) e uma parede lateral (12) circundante, com uma borda (13) que na extremidade superior da parede lateral (12), na extremidade, estende-se em paralelo para com a face do fundo em sentido do exterior e de uma tampa (14) que descansa na borda (13) da seção inferior (10), com a qual está unida. E ainda, ao menos a parte inferior (10) consiste em um material com capacidade filtrante, sendo que a embalagem de porção apresenta ao menos duas paredes laterais (16) opostas e convergentes em sentido cuneiforme.
