Compreendendo: um cilindro (10) definindo uma câmara de compressão (C); uma placa de válvulas (20); e uma tampa (30), dito arranjo compreendendo: uma palheta de sucção (40) e uma palheta de descarga (50), assentadas em respectivos alojamentos de sucção (21) e de descarga (22 ) formados em uma face externa (20a ) da placa de válvulas (20); um batente de sucção (25) definido no alojamento de sucção (21 ), e limitando a deformação elástica mediana de abertura da palheta de sucção (40); um batente de descarga (35) definido em uma face interna (30a) da tampa (30),limitando a deformação elástica mediana de abertura da palheta de descarga (50); uma sede de sucção (31) definida na face interna (30a) da tampa (30) e contra a qual é assentada a palheta de sucção (40) e uma sede de descarga (26) definida na face externa (20a) da placa de válvulas (20) e contra a qual a palheta de descarga (50) é assentada.
