A presente solicitação de patente, referencia à processo de obtenção de placas (1) de formatos diversificados configuradas por perfurações (2) passantes para o pino (3), com um alojamento (2 a), pelo menos na primeira placa (superior), para afixação da cabeça (3 a) do dito pino (3), fixo na última placa (inferior) em processo de colagem ou soldagem da extremidade (3 b), destinado a pavimentação de vias em geral, propiciando o reaproveitamento dos pneus rejeitados (usados) de veículos, caminhões, tratores, aviões, motocicletas.
