"PROCESSO DE REMANUFATURAMENTO DE ANÉIS SINCRONIZADORES PARA CAIXAS DE TRANSMISSÕES DE VEÍCULOS AUTOMOTORES". Pertencente ao setor automobilístico, trata-se a presente patente de invenção, de um processo de remanufaturamento de anéis utilizados nas caixas de transmissão de veículos automotores, especificamente anéis sincronizadores. O processo de remanufaturamento compreende as etapas de: - Lavagem para desengraxe dos anéis; - Jateamento dos anéis; - Remoção do molibdênio; - Inspeção de defeitos estruturais; - Desidrogenização dos anéis; - Torneamento do sulco; - Aplicação de material resistente; - Retificação do cone interno; - Acabamento final da peça; e - Gravação a laser.
