Compreendendo um módulo (M) formado a partir de uma cúpula transparente conformada por tampa (50) e base (50a), ambos de formato côncavo que reveste uma placa de circuito impresso (52), esta provida de uma pluralidade de led's (3) configurando um circulo (54) em grupos (55), sendo que os led's (3) são ligados em seqüência comandados por uma CPU formada por um circuito eletrônico.
