EXTRATOR DE ÁGUA DE EVAPORAÇÃO EM FRITURAS. Trata-se de dispositivo de captação de vapor e gordura, com destinação apropriada, viabilizando o processo de fritura sem sujeira e fumaça. Funciona a partir do escoamento do vapor condensado para fora do recipiente de fritura, através da sobreposição de seções de troncos de cones estruturados numa única peça, com destinação final em calha acoplada.
